Accreditations

For every participant, 3 staff members can be accredited for the rider zone, where fans are not allowed. When entering, all staff have to prove that they’ve either been vaccinated, PCR-tested or recently recovered from Covid-19, to comply with the Austrian ‘3G-rule’.

Cancellation conditions for total cancellation:

Cancellations up to 4 weeks before arrival: free of charge
Cancellations from 4 weeks to 2 weeks: 50% of the booking value
Cancellations from 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival: 75% of the booking value
Cancellations from 6 days before arrival: 100% of the booking value

 Check-in / check-out:The rooms are ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. In the case of an earlier arrival, an earlier availability of the rooms cannot be guaranteed. The departure must take place by 12:00 noon. In the event of a later departure (between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.), 50% and from 3:00 p.m. 100% of the agreed room price per room will be charged. If the room cards are not returned at check-out, € 5.00 per card will be deducted from the total bill.

3-G document: Vaccination pasport, Negative PCR test 48hours, document of recovery.

National outfit

All participants are obliged to wear the national team outfit.

Important Note: Approval of national team clothing for Mountain Bike Eliminator (XCE) will be done during riders’ confirmation. Please ensure that you bring a sample of the jersey and shorts with you for inspection.
