The venue has previously hosted a City Mountainbike Festival last year and was overwhelmed to have been nominated as fourth round of the 2019 UCI Mountain Bike Eliminator World Cup this Sunday, August 18.
Frenchman Hugo Briatta and Italian Gaia Tormena currently top the standings in the men’s and women’s overall standings. Will they be able to defend the leader’s jersey in Valkenswaard?
The race course
The Eliminator action will take place at the main square of Valkenswaard, making it accessible for local fans to enjoy the racing from their favourite bars and restaurants.
