Postponement of 2021 UCI Mountain Bike Eliminator World Championships in Graz (Austria)

Due to the current situation in Austria linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, the organizer of the 2021 UCI Mountain Bike Eliminator World Championships and the competent authorities have decided to postpone the event. Initially set to take place on May 2 in Graz (Austria), the event will now be held on September 5.

This decision is in line with the recommended health measures taken by the country’s public authorities, which include the cancellation of major sporting events planned across the city of Graz during April and May.

This decision contributes to the protection of the health of riders, those involved in the 2021 UCI Mountain Bike Eliminator World Championships and the fans, and aims to slow the spread of Covid-19.
