PADDOCK GUIDELINES
Read the guidelines regarding the placement of your paddock tent carefully.
Paddock fee
NO FEE!
Dimensions paddock tent
Maximum 12 meters wide and 3 meters deep.
Reservations
Reservations have to be made by mail through info@citymountainbike.com
Deadline: 10 days before event (midnight).
Don’t forget to indicate the size of your tent.

The paddock plan will be available on the event page.
Construction
Construction can be done until 1 hour before the opening of the race.
Team vehicles
If there’s enough space available, you will be able to park your car behind your paddock tent – this will be explicitly stated.
The organization provides:
- 1 fence per team/rider
- A banner that can be attached to this fence, showing the team name and rider names. This banner stays with the team in between the races, and has to be used on every race during the season.
Waste
After each race, it’s mandatory for each team to put their waste in the nearest waste container.
